1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Pakistan. Delivery is available to major cities and most towns. Remote areas may take additional time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 business days
• Other cities & towns: 3–6 business days
• Remote areas: 5–8 business days

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or during promotional periods.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this number to track your parcel with the courier partner.

6. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
